HOW DOES YOUR USAGE & LICENSING WORK?

Our standard licensing includes unlimited/unrestricted usage for commissioning parties in perpetuity.

IF I HIRE YOU TO PHOTOGRAPH A PROJECT I DESIGNED WHO OWNS THE IMAGES?

TG Image does. When you hire us, you are paying for the photo shoot and license to use the images we create. TG Image, LLC retains copyrights to all the images and those images are licensed to clients for a specific use. This is standard practice in the photography industry.

CAN I GIVE THE IMAGES TO OTHER CONTRACTORS I WORKED WITH TO USE?

Third-party usage is not included with our standard licensing. Other parties interested in using the images must purchase a license from us. Simply have them email: tim@tgimage.com and we’ll create a purchase order.

CAN I POST THE IMAGES TO SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes! We want your project to get as much exposure as possible. Social media usage is included in your license. We simply require a photo credit: @tgimagephoto
